This comfortable cottage is one lot from the end of the road, from where a short path leads you down to a safe swimming beach. At low tide you can walk out on a huge sand bar; even at high tide the water is not deep, making it a great place for children to play. Kayakers are welcome to launch their kayaks through the owners' property next door. A large lawn surrounded by fir trees invites families to play badminton, volleyball, or to enjoy an evening barbeque. Across the road is a neighbourhood park, also with access to the beach. There are lots of quiet roads to explore by bike.
