Escape from city pressures to the serenity of this pastoral setting. Bring your camera as there's a good chance of seeing seals, river otters, sea lions, bald eagles, herons, and ducks. At slack tide the swimming is great, and the long beach makes for a grand walk bordering Mudge Island.
This sunny home is very private with a tall fence on the road side, and evergreens between it and the neighbouring houses. The interiors are spacious; each room on the main floor flowing into the next. The living room with its comfy leather furniture looks over the water along with the kitchen and master bedroom. A roomy deck beckons one outside to drink in the surrounding peace and beauty. A formal dining room and bar face a shaded woodland and private garden. A small, private deck off the master bedroom is a pleasant place to take your coffee and enjoy the morning sun.
On the lower level are a large family room, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one with twins. There is also a kitchenette adjoining the family room. Both rooms lead out onto a patio and back lawn.
