Global Havens will work with you to find a local manager who will greet your guests, respond to any problems that arise, arrange for repairs as needed, and set up cleaning services.

Accounting

We accept and process payments in advance of the booking date and accept major credit cards.  We pay our owners on time.

Booking Fee

Global Havens retains 22% of rental fees. This fee covers marketing, booking and client services.

Signup Fee - $100

Includes digital photos, survey of property, and creating your listing on the website.

Website Fee - $100/yr.

Includes web listing and updates for one year.

Referral Bonus - $100/listing

Each listing that is added to our site pays the referrer $100 on first rental.
